    These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ABC2Aflats platform ("Platform") operated by Umka Software OÜ By using the Platform you agree to these terms.

    2. Registration and accounts

    Some features require registration. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

    3. Listings and content

    Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of property information they publish. The Platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Posting false, misleading or duplicate listings is prohibited.

    4. Limitation of liability

    The Platform acts solely as an intermediary between landlords/sellers and prospective tenants/buyers. We are not responsible for the content of listings, the accuracy of information provided, or the outcome of transactions between users.

    5. Intellectual property

    All Platform content (design, text, logo, software) is protected by copyright and belongs to Umka Software OÜ or its partners. Reproduction or distribution of any content without written consent is prohibited.

    6. Changes to terms

    Umka Software OÜ reserves the right to change these terms at any time. You will be notified by email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
